Annunciate le candidature ai Columbus Film Critics Association Awards, i premi con cui i critici e i giornalisti di Columbus scelgono le migliori produzioni e performance cinematografiche dell’anno. Nella storia di questo premio su 17 edizioni 4 volte il vincitore della categoria Miglior film ha successivamente conquistato anche l’Oscar (Million Dollar Baby, Non è un paese per vecchi, Spotlight, Parasite).

Quest’anno a conquistare il maggior numero di candidature sono stati 2 film: Il potere del cane con 12 e Licorice Pizza con 9. Seguono con 7 nominations a testa Belfast e Dune. Tra i film internazionali continua a sorprendere l’exploit della pellicola giapponese Drive My Car
